Thank you for taking the time to read this. It looks longer than it is because it’s in big type and spread out. This is about coping with aging. Aging brings many challenges with it. We are all aging. Our loved ones are all aging. If we do not currently feel the effects of aging on someone we love, we will relatively soon.

We, the Jewish Community of the near-western Chicago suburbs want to be able to help you in the process of dealing with and working through the challenges of aging. What challenges do you face or anticipate facing? What services and programs do/will you need and want? Your honestly answering the questions in this survey will enable us to make programming available that would not otherwise be possible. We must have your input to make this happen. Please fill out the following questionnaire. It will make an important difference.

This endeavor is the joint effort of people at Oak Park Temple, B’nai Abraham Zion and West Suburban Temple, Har Zion. We want to serve the needs of all Jews in this area, whether affiliated with any temple or not.
